We have worked very hard to make this an affordable and convenient option and know that you will find the cost to shop online well worth it. We do require a minimum purchase of $30. Curbside pickup is FREE. Delivery is based upon distance from Elmer’s.

What are your online shopping hours of operation?

Curbside pickup is available 11am-7pm, 7 days a week. Our online site is available 24/7. Keep in mind, only available time slots will show when you are ready to place your order. Available slots will vary depending on online order volume for any given day. On holidays, our pickup hours are subject to change.

Yes, we stand behind our products 100%. Our order pickers are trained to pick out only the best products with the best available dates, assuring you get only the best when you shop online.

How does pricing work?

Though some item prices may be different than those found in-store, we work hard to provide you the best value for online grocery shopping. Our weekly flyer and newspaper sale prices will be reflected on our online site. However, special event pricing and Facebook specials will not be available online. Such events include 3-Day Sales, Back Room Sales, One Day Sales, etc.

How does pricing work for variable weight items like deli meat?

Some items are priced by weight, and when you purchase it, we won’t know the exact weight of that product until after our store’s associates selects it for your order. For this reason, an estimated weight and price are displayed on our website. However, you will only be charged for the exact weight and price of the product you receive. Once your order is marked ready by the store, you will receive a second email receipt which includes any updated variance changes as well as your final total.

How far ahead can I place my order?

You may place your order up to six days in advance. For orders that are already placed, customers have the ability to go into their account and make changes up until the order is being picked by an Elmer's associate. These changes include adding items to your order, cancelling your order, or selecting a different time slot. Customers can do this on their Elmer's County Market app or at elmersfresh.com.

How do I sign up for an Elmer's Rewards Card?

Elmer's Rewards Card applications are available at the customer service desk. If you cannot come into the store, please email jalyn@elmersfresh.com to get assigned a rewards card.

How do I create an online account?

Visit www.elmersfresh.com or download the Elmer's County Market app. Select "create account". Fill out the information asked and remember to use the phone number linked to your Elmer's Rewards Card.
